TERMS OF SERVICE
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to:
- Return all totes, dollies, and accessories by the agreed return date.
- Use equipment in a safe and reasonable manner.
- Keep totes free from excessive damage, theft, or misuse.
- Notify Geaux Tote Rentals, LLC., immediately of any lost or damaged equipment.
LATE RETURN POLICY
Equipent not returned by the scheduled return date may by subject to additional rental charges of $ 3.00 per tote per day until returned.
LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
Customer agrees to pay replacement costs for any lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged equipment:
Moving Tote: $ 10.00 each
Dolly: $ 25.00 each
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery and pickup. Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Geaux Tote Rentals is not responsible for damage to customer property resulting from improper packing, loading, unloading or use of rental equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation: Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before their scheduled delivery date.
Late Cancellations: Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of delivery will be subject to a $25.00 scheduling fee.
Same Day Cancellations: Reservations cancelled on the day of delivery or after the delivery truck has been dispatched will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Delivery Refusals: If a customer refuses delivery upon arrival, Geaux Tote Rentals reserves the right to charge the applicable delivery fee and cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: One Complimentary reschdule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before delivery. Additional rescheduling request may incur a $10.00 administrative fee.
Weather and Emergencies: Geaux Tote Rentals may waive cancellation fees in cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other documented emergencies at management’s discretion.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note: Charged fees from above instances will be taken out of the refund amount.
